Strawberry Avocado Salad

Ingredients
1 bag of fresh spinach
1 pound of North Bay Strawberries, quartered
2 large Hass avocados, chopped into cubes
1/3 cup toasted pine nuts
1/4 cup diced red onion
1 teaspoon black sesame seeds (optional)
For the Vinaigrette:
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon tamari or soy sauce
1/4 raw honey
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
Sea salt and pepper to taste

Step 1.
Whisk all the vinaigrette ingredients together and store them in the fridge until you’re ready to serve the salad.
Step 2.
In a serving bowl, assemble all the ingredients and drizzle with the vinaigrette. This vinaigrette recipe makes plenty; you may store your leftover dressing in the fridge for up to 2-3 days in an airtight container.
