Mulled Raspberry Wine

Ingredients
1 bottle of Pinot Noir
12 oz. raspberries
Orange peel from 1 large orange
3 star anise
2 teaspoons whole allspice
2 teaspoons whole cloves
3 cinnamon sticks
2 sprigs rosemary
1/4 cup maple syrup
Directions
Step 1.
Place all ingredients into a medium pot and bring to a boil.
Step 2.
Once boiling, turn down to low and let simmer for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 3.
Use a sieve to remove any seeds/spices before serving.
Step 4.
Garnish with a cinnamon stick, a star anise, fresh thyme, fresh raspberries and an orange peel.
