Energy Bites
These no bake energy bites make a great portable snack.

Ingredients
1 cup oats
1/2 cup nut butter
1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
1/2 ground flax seed
2 tbs chia seeds
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 dried blueberries
Directions
Step 1.
In a large bowl, add all ingredients and mix well until combined.
Step 2.
Once combined, chill in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Step 3.
Rolled chilled mixture into 1 inch balls. Enjoy immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator up to 1 week.
