Broccoli and Radicchio Salad
A quick, make-ahead salad.

Ingredients
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 TBLS apple cider vinegar
2 TBLS honey
Zest of ½ orange (minced)
1/4 cup finely diced red onion
2 cups radicchio cabbage (sliced into bite sized pieces)
3 cups fresh broccoli florets (chopped in bite sized pieces)
1/4 cup roasted sunflower seeds
1/2 cup dried cherries or cranberries
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
Directions
Step 1.
In a large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, apple cider vinegar, orange zest, and honey until smooth.
Step 2.
Add remaining ingredients and toss to make sure everything is coated.
Step 3.
Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving. Salt and pepper to taste.
