Blueberry White Chocolate Cookies
Fresh blueberries add a tasty twist to traditional vanilla flavors. It is like blueberries with cream in cookie form!

Ingredients
1 1/4 cups flour
3/4 cup old fashioned oats
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/8 tsp baking soda
1/8 tsp salt
1/2 cup butter, softened
2/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 large egg
1/2 cup white chocolate chips
1/2 cup fresh blueberries (rinsed and patted dry)
Directions
Step 1.
In bowl, combine flour, oats, cinnamon, baking powder, soda, and salt stirring to combine.
Step 2.
In a seperate bowl, beat butter and sugars until light and fluffy (2-3 minutes).
Step 3.
Beat in vanilla and egg until combined. Add flour mixture to creamed butter mixture and mix at low speed until incorporated.
Step 4.
Fold in chocolate and rinsed, dried blueberries.. Drop by tablespoons onto parchment lined cookie sheet pressing down gently to flatten slightly.
Step 5.
Bake in a 350 F degree oven until edges are brown 7-8 minutes.
Step 6.
Remove from oven and cool on wire rack. Makes about 24 cookies.
