Apple Chutney

Ingredients
1 tomato, chopped
2 small onions, chopped
2 North Bay Produce Apples, chopped with skin
1/2 large red pepper, diced
1/2 cup North Bay Produce Dried Cherries
1 cup vinegar, white or champange
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp cloves
1/2 tsp allspice
Directions
Step 1.
Add all ingredients to a heavy bottom dutch oven. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for two hours, stirring occasionally until mixture is thickened and has a jam consistency.
Step 2.
Pour into prepared jar(s), cool and refrigerate up to 2 months.
