4 Ingredient Strawberry Freezer Jam

Ingredients

  • 4 cups rinsed and trimmed strawberries

  • 1/3 cup lemon juice

  • 1/3 cup sugar

  • 1/3 cup EZ Gel or Ultra Gel Thickener

Directions

Step 1. 

Prepare (sterilize) your freezer jars or containers.

Step 2. 

Place strawberries and lemon juice in a blender or food processor. Blend until desired consistency. Pour into a large bowl.

Step 3. 

Add sugar and EZ Gel and mix until well incorporated and no sugar or EZ Gel is stuck to the sides. You can add more EZ Gel until you get desired thickness.

Step 4.

Pour mixture into prepared jars or freezer safe containers. Don’t fill to the top and leave room for expansion.

Step 5.

Freeze. Once ready to thaw, keep in the refrigerator and use within two weeks.
